Wednesday Lenten Services Coming Soon!
The season of Lenten is a special time of looking first at the depth of our sin, and then at the depth of Christ's love for us in his passion and suffering. Lent begins this year on Ash Wednesday, February 22.  Services will be at 3:30pm (In-Person Only) and 6:30pm (In-Person, Live Streamed & Phone)
The 6:30 service will also be recorded and available On Demand. Please note the service times.
The 3:30pm service makes attendance easier for school families and those who do not like to drive at night.

Our theme this year is 'His Final Steps'
February 22 - His Final Steps Led to a Tomb
March 1 -  His Final Steps Led to a Dinner Celebration
March 8 -  His Final Steps Led to His Father's House
March 15 -  His Final Steps Led to Some Greeks
March 22 -  His Final Steps Led to a Fig Tree
March 29 - His Final Steps Led to His Enemies

Easter Flowers
Even though Easter isn’t until April 9, it’s time to order Easter flowers for the altar.  You may order Easter lilies or pink azaleas.  Orders must be in by Monday, February 20.   There is a box on the counter in the Welcome Center with order forms.  If you worship from home, you may call Jan Schattschneider at 608-244-8340 or email Jan at schetc@charter.net to place your order.  Easter lilies are $18.00 and pink azaleas are $38.00.  You may pick up your plant(s) after the second service on Easter Sunday or during the following week to enjoy at home or to give to a home-bound member, family member or friend.  Make checks payable to Holy Cross Altar Guild.

Holy Cross Open House - Summer in the Winter
Join Us for our School and Early Learning Center Open House on Saturday, January 28th from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Our theme this year is “Summer in the Winter.”  We’ll have live music from Bahama Bob,  bounce houses, games in the gym, summer-time treats, a photo booth and more.  Bring the family and have summer fun on a cold January Saturday.   Invite friends who may be interested in our School or Early Learning Center.  Staff will be here to join in the fun, meet prospects, and talk with them about whether our school or early learning center is a good fit for them.
